Australia's official human rights watchdog wants a third gender called "intersex" to be created for use on official documents like passports and driving licences.
Thomas Beatie, who was born a woman but lives as a man in Oregon after surgery and hormone treatment, is pregnant again, just four months after giving birth to his first child.
