Nobody really knows what this is, so it's fair to call it an alien.
The pulsating blob was picked up on a sewer snakecam in North Carolina and has been freaking YouTube viewers out ever since.
Fair enough, too, because it's a bit... ew. Like a giant sewery haemorroid.
