A Jewish couple are being kept prisoners in their own home by an automatic light.
The couple's holiday flat in Dorset, UK, is one in a block of flats that is protected by automatic security lights.
If they attempt to leave during the Sabbath, the light comes on, thus contravening an Orthodox law that decrees they not 'light a fire' on the Sabbath.
So they're suing the 35 other owners of the flats.
They claim their human rights are under attack and their neighbours are not accommodating their religious beliefs.
The couple have been visiting their holiday flat for six years, but their nightmare began six months ago when the motion-sensing lights were installed to save energy.
They claim they bought the unit on the understanding motion-sensing lights would never be installed in the block.
